1.    What data do we collect?

Cimigo Consulting collects the following data:

·         Personal identification information (Name, date of birth, gender, email address, mobile phone number, location, address, job title and company name)

·         If you have answered a survey from Cimigo Consulting, we will hold far more extensive information possibly including income, education attained, occupation, marital status and the answers to all the questions in the survey answered.

 

2.    How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Cimigo Consulting with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

·         Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback online or via email.

·         Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

 

3.    How do we store your data?

Cimigo Consulting securely stores your data in an encrypted format on a secure, security-controlled access, server in our offices in Hong Kong.

Backup copies are maintained at other secure locations, which are fully controlled by Cimigo Consulting and our wholly owned data collection business, Cido Limited, also in Hong Kong. This data is also encrypted and transferred using secure protocols.

Cimigo Consulting will keep your data for a period of up to 6 months, or 12 months if specified.

Cimigo Consulting would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
